Angelica Center for Arts and Music Receives $15,000 AEG Grant

Los Angeles, CA (August 23, 2025)

Angelica Center for Arts and Music (ACAM) has received a $15,000 contribution from AEG. The funding will be used to continue to provide ACAM’s free, high-quality after-school arts education programming to hundreds of children in under-resourced Los Angeles communities, helping offset costs of dance, theatre, music supplies and instruments.

With this generous grant, ACAM's arts programming continues to offer equitable opportunities for students and their families in Los Angeles. During a time when arts funding has been drastically put aside, and Latino communities are facing numerous challenges, exposure to the arts becomes even more crucial.  Not only does arts education set the foundation for a diverse learning experience, but it is the gateway to self-empowerment.

ACAM is proud to partner with AEG to inspire youth from underrepresented communities by leveraging the power of music and creativity.
